Alea's Herbed Chicken

Here is a slightly modified version of Alea’s Herbed Chicken on Vegetable Confetti.

I sauteed onions, squash and zucchini with some basil and garlic. I did use her herbed chicken spice rub and it was really good! I think coriander is my new favorite spice. Then I prepared some fettuccine and added just a little olive oil and some basil pesto. Topped with some mozzarella cheese.
