31 Skirt Purses

The City Skirt Purse and Fitted Skirt Purse and all 'Skirts' are on Stop Sell until further notice! I know many of you are as bummed as I am! I will keep you posted on any updates as I get them. Below, is a comment from Cindy Monroe, Founder and CEO of Thirty-One Gifts.

"We have been made aware that the Miche Bag company feels our Skirt Purse and City Skirt Purse are an infringement of one of their patents. As a growing company, this is not the first, nor will it be the last time that an issue such as this ...will arise. We are not the first company Miche has approached with litigation claims to their patent.I want to give you confidence that we are aware of this issue and we are trying to resolve it very quickly. We have always operated our business in an honest and positive manner and do not want to have to defend our actions or business practices. However, we do not feel we are in violation of this patent and therefore, we will do everything in our power to protect our brand and you our consultants. This issue is between Miche and Thirty-One Gifts, LLC. We do ask for your cooperation as we take a positive approach in dealing with this matter. We are stop selling both the Skirt Purse and City Skirt purse. Please watch our Business Update for specific dates and details.Thank you for your understanding and trust in Thirty-One.
