Eli's First Meal

Last Saturday Eli had his first serving of rice cereal. I also mixed a little baby applesauce in it too.

What is this stuff?

Well after a week he is still learning how to actually get the cereal off the spoon. Most times he still thrusts his tongue out licking it like a dog. I was starting to get a little frustrated after a week, but this is probably the last baby I'll have to help learn how to eat. So now I'm just being patient and enjoying it. Even when he sneezes with cereal in his mouth or when he decides to blow bubbles with a mouthful!
